Tyreke Evans has given the New Orleans Pelicans a verbal commitment that he will sign a four-year, $44 million offer sheet on July 10. The Sacramento Kings have three days to match the contract that the Pelicans gave Evans. It appears that the Kings will not match the deal, but instead what to carry out a sign and trade with the Pelicans. The Pelicans would obviously acquire Evans while sending out Greivis Vasquez to the Kings. The Portland Trailblazers are trying to make this a three-team trade and want to receive Robin Lopez, but it is not known what they will contribute to the other two teams in the deal.
